Jeffrey E. Beeson
Jeffrey E. Beeson practices in all aspects of employment and labor law.
For over 25 years he has provided counseling and litigated all types of employment discrimination cases, wrongful terminations, wage and hour claims, employee benefits, occupational safety and health issues, employment contract disputes, fraud, defamation, and other employment related matters. Throughout his legal career he has represented clients on a national basis and has litigated cases in over a dozen states, in many federal district courts and before state appellate courts and federal circuit courts of appeal.
Mr. Beeson has extensive experience with labor-management relations, union organization issues, disputes under collective bargaining agreements and injunctions or other litigation over workplace strikes and picketing. He has also handled a broad range of cases before the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Beeson has also represented small and large companies in a variety of business litigation matters including contract disputes, construction claims, contractor terminations, fraud, unfair competition, interference with contracts, and a range of commercial construction project disputes.
